Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- 1) Handle full set of Financial Accounts and cash flow monitoring.To perform bank reconciliation and do monthly closing on timely
- 2) Handle and manage SST monthly closing and declare SST quarterly on time. Handle Tax preparation.
- 3) To assist in updating,maintaining and filing all accounting Journals,Ledger and other records related to financial transations.
- 4) Handling petty cash for operation purposes, preparing entity monthly cash spot taking report.
- 5) Data entry and verification of relevant records ensure that the sales/purchase data are accurate.
- 6) To assist in preparing all documents for Audit,Complete Audit work and get Audit report on time.
- 7) Assist other ad-hoc duties and general affair job assigned by Headquarter Accountant.
Requirements:
- 1) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- 2) At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 3) Required Skill(s):Knowledge in SQL Accounting System,Good communication.
- 4) Good command of Mandarin and English.
- 5) Able to work independently and responsible.
